AMAROK, a leading provider of perimeter security solutions, has announced the acquisition of a 45% equity stake in Evolon Technology, a Dallas-based company specializing in advanced artificial intelligence and video monitoring systems. The strategic investment is set to significantly expand AMAROK’s capabilities in AI-powered perimeter security and real-time threat detection.
Evolon Technology is known for its sophisticated AI-driven software that analyzes live video feeds to identify potential security breaches, false alarms, and suspicious activities with high accuracy. By integrating Evolon’s technology into its existing portfolio, AMAROK aims to enhance its monitoring services, reduce response times, and offer clients a more intelligent, automated security layer. The partnership will allow AMAROK to deploy Evolon’s AI algorithms across its network of commercial and industrial sites, improving the efficiency of human security personnel and minimizing costly false dispatches.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but both companies emphasized that the collaboration will accelerate innovation in the perimeter security market. AMAROK’s CEO noted that the investment aligns with the company’s mission to deliver “unmatched protection” through a combination of physical barriers and cutting-edge digital intelligence. Evolon’s leadership expressed enthusiasm about scaling their technology with AMAROK’s extensive customer base and operational footprint. The transaction is expected to close within the current quarter, pending regulatory approvals.
