WeRide Selected as Key Technology Partner for Autonomous Driving Initiative in Switzerland

ZURICH, Jan. 14, 2025 — WeRide Inc., a prominent player in the field of autonomous driving technology, has been appointed as the technology supplier for an ambitious new pilot project in Switzerland. This initiative is backed by the Canton of Zurich and the national railway company, Schweizerische Bundesbahnen (SBB), and is being coordinated by the Swiss Transit Lab (STL).
In this groundbreaking project, WeRide will supply its advanced products and provide essential operational support, showcasing its cutting-edge Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving technology.
